A confirmation for the services booked must be printed at the conclusion of the transaction. An e-mail message will also be sent to the email address you have provided. This message will not be acceptable to exchange for boarding tickets.
Changes / Amendments / Modifications to existing reservation. Should you decide to make any changes to your reservation after confirmation, our personnel will do everything possible to fulfill your requirements. All changes must be put in writing and received by us, contingent on penalty fee dates, e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All cancellations must be put in writing and received by us, contingent on penalty fee dates at our sales office at 419 Lafayette Street. For questions, you may send an e-mail to email@example.com.
- Pubic tours are non-refundable but may be exchanged for other dates. The cancellation for private tours is as follows:
- If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. However an expenses related to the booking will not be refunded.
- If you cancel between 6 and 3 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee plus expenses.
- If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure or fail to show up on the confirmed day of travel, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
Complaints and Claims
Complaints must be made in writing and received by Inside Out Tours LLC no later than fourteen (14) days after the date that services were provided to a tour participant. Any claim received after the fourteen (14) days will be processed at the discretion of Inside Out Tours LLC.
