A confirmation for the services booked must be printed at the conclusion of the transaction. An e-mail message will also be sent to the email address you have provided. This message will not be acceptable to exchange for boarding tickets.

Changes / Amendments / Modifications to existing reservation. Should you decide to make any changes to your reservation after confirmation, our personnel will do everything possible to fulfill your requirements. All changes must be put in writing and received by us, contingent on penalty fee dates, e-mail to info@insideouttours.com. For changes that result in a reduction of services and/or for changes within 30 days of the confirmation, a charge of $25 per individual booking will be applied. If your change results in cancellation of any services and Inside Out Tours incurs charges, these charges will be charged to you above the change fee for costs.

 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be put in writing and received by us, contingent on penalty fee dates at our sales office at 419  Lafayette Street. For questions, you may send an  e-mail to info@insideouttours.com. Cancellation received 14 days or less prior to the date for which the tour was purchased or reserved ( hereafter “booked tour date”)  will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee per individual booking in addition to any charges for expenditures that have already been made to facilitate the tour. Notice received more than 30 days prior to the booked tour date will not result in any cancellation fees, and the full amount shall be refunded minus a fee of $25 per individual booking.

Any notices received 3 to 7 days prior to the booked  tour date  will result in a $25 individual booking fee plus a cancellation fee of 15 % cancellation fee of the total purchase price and the costs of any expeditures already made will also be deducted from the refund. For group or private tours, any cancellation 3 to 7 days before the tour will result in a 75% cancellation fee. Any notice received less than 72 hours prior to the booked tour date will result in a 100% non-refundable fee. However, management will make every effort to exchange tickets, subject to tour availability, within three months of the booked tour date.  All requests for refunds must be made within 7 days after the booked tour date.

 

Complaints and Claims

Complaints must be made in writing and received by Inside Out Tours LLC no later than fourteen (14) days after the date that services were provided to a tour participant. Any claim received after the fourteen (14) days will be processed at the discretion of Inside Out Tours LLC.
